WELCOME TO OAKE ORCHARD Experience archaeology at our prehistoric village reconstruction project. We offer a wide range of single day and ongoing courses and bespoke activity days, exploring archaeology of all periods, bushcraft, nature and sciences. Help build a roundhouse, join in with excavation, take part in a Bug Hunt or hold your birthday party in a roundhouse. Our activities are currently being assessed by the Somerset Children's University, and we will soon be able to offer these courses as a Learning Destination, so bring your Passport to Learning! If you are interested in visiting, booking an activity, or in helping us out in any way, please contact us and help to make Oake Orchard a great experience for everyone. We welcome your ideas and suggestions.

NEWS September 2011 - 5 September 2011 Back to school for the autumn term - if your school or youth group would like to come along to Oake, please contact us. Also, plans are afoot for adult evening and weekend classes this autumn. Please check back regularly as new activities and ideas are coming all the time.
